Where Hands Wander 27

My theme for project 52 is "where my hands wander" so every picture will have one or both of my hands in it.

Last weekend, I went up-island (got Friday off, so took Saturday and Sunday off, went up on Thursday afternoon, came down Sunday). My dad just got a fishing boat (he's had it a while, but you know, still new) and we went out on the water with some family friends on Saturday. It was sunny and bright. On Thursday, I'd forgotten to put my hat on before going to work (like, I ALWAYS wear a hat) and my mom refused to stop so I could buy one when I got off the bus. I ended up getting burned all down my right arm, on my nose and forehead, and, worst of all, down my part on the top of my head. The burn on the top of my head is the only one pealing, it's also the only one that hurts so crazily. I can't do anything about it either, because it's in my hair.

Fun day on the water though. No fishing, no prawning (I don't like fishing and I don't like anything to do with seafood). The man at the helm, through the window, is my dad.
