The I Am Anthro Magazine is holding a contest. We are in need of anthro artwork. There will be 11 winners in this contest, one grand prize and 10 runners up.

Rules
all submissions must be anthro work.
all submissions must link back to this contest journal.
all submissions must be posted with a Creative Commons liscence that allows your work to be used for commercial purposes and allows modification of the work.
all submissions must be 8x10 or smaller.
no submissions may contain any work other than your own, this includes characters or concepts.
no submissions will be accepted if they portray yiff, nudity, violence, or support or portray offensive behavior (drugs, alcohol, gangs, discrimination, etc.)
once you have made your submission and it has been accepted, you give I Am Anthro Magazine permission to use and distribute the submission as they choose.

Prizes
Grand Prize: (1) This submission will be Featured on the back of the fall issue of I Am Anthro Magazine. The artist will have a blurb written about them in the "About" section of the magazine. (This will include any information they are willing, or wanting, to share, including where to find more of their work.) They will also recieve a free print copy of the magazine that they were featured on, when it becomes available.

Runners up: (10) Each of these 10 submissions will be featured in the magazine.

In order to submit your work for this contest, you must:
note or e-mail me with a link to the submission The subject heading for the e-mail or note should be "Anthro Contest".
follow all the rules stated above (any submission that does not, will not be accepted to the contest).

You do not have to be a member of deviantART to enter this contest. If you are not a member of this site and would like to make a submission, you may post it on another art-share webpage and send me the link by e-mail or send the original file by e-mail. All rules, stated above, still apply.

Contest deadline
All entries must be recieved on or before July 31, 2008 October 15, 2008. Anything received or submitted after that date you will not be entered into the contest. If you posted it earlier and didn't send the note until after that date, then you will also not be entered into the contest.
